Frida Kahlo Garden Tour

June 16, 2020 - August 11, 2020

June 16-Aug 11th presented throughout South Haven.

Learn about the life and art of Frida Kahlo this summer with a garden tour honoring Frida’s gardens at Casa Azul, her home in Mexico City. Walk, bike, or drive to see calla lilies, sunflowers, zinnias, elephant ears, and succulents—all native flowers that Frida loved—graciously planted by downtown businesses, non-profits, and local homeowners. A digital map is located at FRIDA KAHLO GARDEN TOUR MAP.

Plant your very own Frida Kahlo flower garden at home! The Frida Kahlo Advisory Committee invites you to create a live plant installation in your home garden to celebrate the nature that inspired Frida Kahlo’s work. Send photos of your garden to info@southhavenarts.org.

For more information about the outdoor exhibition and other Frida events planned for the summer visit southhavenarts.org/Frida.
